The community enjoys an enviable location that is both secluded and tranquil, yet close enough to all major attractions in Central Florida. A short drive will take you to one of the many golf courses in the local area.

There are numerous ways of enjoying the Florida sun with all the attractions of the world’s most magical vacation areas within a convenient drive. The charm of Walt Disney World, and the cultural and culinary delights of the Epcot Centre where the most magnificent daily firework display is an experience not to be missed. The wonders of Disney MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Pleasure Island and the breathtaking whales and dolphins at Sea World are also well worth a visit.

Approximately 60 minutes drive takes you to Kennedy Space Centre, which is a fascinating day out. For the sun worshippers the spectacular beaches on the Gulf Coast are a must and for those who fancy a bit more of a drive there are some splendid places to visit along the coastline and also the Florida Keys. There are a large variety of restaurants to suit all tastes and numerous shopping malls and discount centres. The villa is approximately 35 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport, which is the closest and most convenient. However other alternatives are Tampa (approx 60 minutes), Sandford (approx 90 minutes) or Miami (approx 4 hours).
