I am interested in booking your villa what do I do next … ?
Please confirm by email to janet@florida-rent.co.uk the dates you require to ensure availability. When you have received confirmation of this please print off the booking form and send with a cheque for 20% deposit to
Janet Hall, The Old Barn, Bowden Head, Chapel en le Frith, High Peak, SK23 0QP UK
Your vacation dates will then be confirmed with the management company and reserved for you.
How close is your villa to attractions… ?
- Airboat rides – 10 minutes
- Highway 192 – 10 minutes
- Disney Territory – 15 minutes
- Lake Buena Vista – 15 minutes
- Splendid China – 15 minutes
- Sea World – 20 minutes
- Aquatica – 20 minutes
- Discovery Cove – 20 minutes
- Typhoon Lagoon – 20 minutes
- Universal Studios – 25 minutes
- Wet & Wild – 25 minutes
- Vans Skatepark – 30 minutes
- Atlantic Coast – 60 minutes
- Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona Beach – 60 minutes
- Gulf Coast (Clearwater) – 90 minutes
What does it cost… ?
Rental charges vary on time of year and start from as little as £700 / $1200 per week including all taxes for the whole house!!
Pool and spa heat is an extra charge of $30 per day and can be paid on final balance of payment or in cash to the management company on arrival in US $’s
Do any restrictions apply… ?
- No swimming is permitted in the lake (Please remember Florida is Alligator territory and some do reside in the lakes – if you don’t bother them they will not bother you – it goes without saying YOU MUST NOT FEED THE ANIMALS !!)
- No diving into the pool
- It is your own responsibility to watch little children round the pool area to ensure their safety
- Naturism is not permitted (under Sate Law)
- Also please remember this is a residential community so please have respect for others regarding noise etc
